We value our customers, so we ensure the lowest shipping rates with several carriers and forwarders on every order regardless of size/quantity/cost of goods. You may also advise us of any special shipping requirements or instructions at checkout.

Shipping times

Most standard orders ship out from NOBLE within 3-5 business days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please allow additional business days for “special orders” i.e. imprinting & custom packaging.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping cost estimates

Shipping charges will be determined (TBD) once the order is processed. You will be contacted with the total cost including shipping after placing your order. You will NOT BE CHARGED until we get your approval.

Shipment Address

To receive your order, you must provide a complete and valid mailing address.

Noble are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Shipment & Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

This will include your shipping tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe of your merchandise.

Please note – Receipt of packages requires a signature.


Changes to Order or Shipment

To make changes to your order or to reschedule a different delivery date, please contact us immediately by telephone on (0)20 8805 4111 before your order is shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Noble is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We ship products from the nearest warehouse to your location. In doing so, we aim to reduce the likelihood of additional shipping costs in transit. We currently have warehouses in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. However, any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Noble is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
